First, iron core

High quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with mineral oxide insulation material for iron core. (there are also amorphous alloy core transformers using amorphous materials.

Through the selection of the material and grade of the iron core, the control of the cutting and stacking process makes the loss level and the no-load current drop to the lowest, and obtains the very low noise level. An iron core is assembled on the surface of a F or H grade resin to protect from corrosion and dust.

Two, low voltage winding

Low voltage winding to high-quality copper foil winding and, so in case of a short circuit realization of zero axial short-circuit stress; layer between the epoxy thermosetting pre dipped cloth insulation. Low voltage winding terminals for tinned copper, ensure the low-voltage connections without contact interface (such as conductive paste or double sheet metal). Three, high voltage coil casting process

The whole process of pouring and curing from the proportion of the epoxy resin mixture is completely controlled by the microcomputer to prevent any human error operation. Aluminum hydroxide and quartz powder stuffing drying in vacuum, degassing and dehumidification, ensure the insulation characteristics of casting body. Under high vacuum and a certain temperature, half of the filler and resin are mixed, the other half is mixed with the curing agent, and the two parts are given. Before the final mixing, two parts of the group will be re carried out once again. Two groups of material in the static mixer to achieve the final mix, then vacuum casting at the optimum temperature. All of the windings are pre heating and degassing after pouring. The curing process selects the best cure temperature curve to complete the gel at 80 C and at the end of the 140. These temperature values are close to the actual transformer operating temperature and mechanical stress is reduced to the minimum (mechanical stress may cause insulator cracks).
